美司法部正式向Google提反壟斷訴訟
美國司法部周二正式對Alphabet(GOOG.US)旗下Google提起第二宗反壟斷訴訟,涉及公司在線廣告業務,美國政府期望Google剝離部分業務,是拜登政府下第一宗針對Googl提起的訴訟。
美國政府於短短兩年多內對Google再次興起訴訟。早於2020年10月美國司法部已就Google搜索業務起訴,該案將於今年9月開庭審理。
截至香港時間凌晨2時23分,Alphabet股價跌1.25%或1.25美元,報98.54美元。
